Our theory is that you want to treat your house top like the top of your head. When your hair is overgrown, unruly, and tickling your ears, others see you and think you look homeless. Heck, you feel it! Same goes for the roof. Don't let your house look homeless.

Here's how we work-- You call, we answer.
We're extra polite and you are so pleased with our curtesy that the thought never crosses your mind to call another company. We even give you a few tips over the phone regarding regular roof maintenance.
We schedule a time that works best for you to come out and give you a free estimate. You hang up and go tell your spouse that you just made a new friend.
Fast forward to tomorrow, we're there 5 minutes early and you have a few frosty mugs of lemonade waiting for us (please?). We share a solid handshake and and an understanding that this is going to be a beautiful relationship. I'm sure we'll chat a little bit about your roof, your day and whatnot, We'll drain those glasses of sunshine-in-a-cup, grab my ladder off our truck, and be on our way to adding another satisfied customer to our repertoire.
You see, when you've been in the business for over 3 decades, you develop an understanding that we're all human and and need to allow for common courtesy, friendly interaction, and stopping for a minute to share a refreshing beverage with someone.
